Newlyweds of SC and Non-citizen.
We have called the HDB and understand that we are eligible for a scheme called the Non-citizen Spouse Scheme. I have not submitted for the HLE however, have tried using the calculator on HDB portal and it shows estimated loan to be about $136K only. We are looking at 3 room flat.
We need advice for financial planning for house or to know our budget. However, the calculator on HDB portal is confusing.
If someone could assist us on the financial planning, it will be great and helpful. Thanks
