Depending on location, in current market, it takes slightly longer time to sell a property. I feel that it is good to start marketing in June, but paperwork can only be done after MOP. Hi,

The time to secure a buyer depends on the unit location, size, condition etc. Typically, 1-2 months before MOP is met will be a good time to start marketing. If we were to work backwards, assume completion is on Dec 2017, and processing with HDB takes about 3-4 months, it will be best to start marketing around June 2017, as you can only issue OTP on Aug 2017 after MOP is met.
