My husband (SC) and myself (PR), we own a HDB for 8years and 1year back we bought an oversea property, now we are thinking to sell our HDB and buy a resale market HDB. do we need to dispose our oversea property?

Evening,

With the current ruling, if you are to sell away your unit and purchase another resale unit, you are required to sell away your overseas property within 6 months from key collection of your resale HDB unit.
