My Hle is insufficient to purchase a 3 room flat, however, my ex husband has applied to varied the court order in order to withdraw part of his ordinary account to me. Has anyone experience this and is it possible? As per Syariah court, it is and CPF says serves the court order once i have it. Anyone experience this?

Morning Riena,

I have closed a few divorce cases, where the Syariah Court did rule that the ex-husband to give portion of his CPF to the wife.
Hence it will depend on how your ex-husband and you work the case out in the court.
