Are you looking to fully pay your next flat as well? If so, and if the sale price is higher than your purchase price, you could be eligible for contra facility. It will also be ideal to get extension for your sale, so you can have a smoother transition. May I know if you have applied the HFE letter? Any particular area you are keen on?

You will need to plan well in terms of the finances, especially if you have utilised CPF monies for your current flat, and need to use the CPF monies to pay for your next resale flat. You will need to have CPF approval for you to do so if you have not met the CPF retirement sum requirements.
