Hi,

1) Suggest you write an email to hdbresale@mailbox.hdb.gov.sg and check with them the status.
2) Attached with info on when the seller and buyer submit the resale application.
3) I have encountered the same prolonged wait (>10 working days) as well. HDB immediately response to receiving the registration and follow up by endorsement of the document.
4) You are absolutely right that usually, it does not take such a long period.
