Hi Claire,

Certainly you could invest in private properties such as condominiums and apartments in Singapore. Feel free to call/email for a discussion on your property investment strategy.

Hello Claire,
Generally, foreigners are able to invest in non-landed private properties in Singapore. As a real estate sales representative, I would be happy to assist you with the selection of properties that will meet your living/ investment preferences, and to evaluate their pricing.

Upon purchase, you will need to engage a conveyancing lawyer to help you with the legal completion of the property purchase. One place to get some info would be www.lawsociety.org.sg/
I will be happy to assist a list, if required.

Please feel free to call if I may be of service in your real estate purchase in Singapore.

On behalf of Singaporeans here, welcome to our safe and well-connected country!

cheers!
