Is there any good lawyer out there that can help me in my situtation right now? Im a foreigner currently holding a pass and working here in Singapore. I am aware that foreigners can invest in private properties here in Singapore. I want to know if being a foreigner holding a pass workng here, can i also invest in properties here in Singapore? Replies will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Generally, foreigners are able to invest in non-landed private properties in Singapore. As a real estate sales representative, I would be happy to assist you with the selection of properties that will meet your living/ investment preferences, and to evaluate their pricing.
