In an condo enblock, one joint tenancy coowner is a foreigner (my mother)without a Singapore bank account, and the other coowner (myself)is a Singapore citizen with a Singapore bank account. They both don't have a joint bank account in Singapore.
If both coowners cannot reach agreement, will the proceeds be held at the lawyer conveyancing account forever?
