I'm owner of a 5 room JW HDB flat,I intending to sell it, but due to some previous unpleasant experience, I do not want any exclusive agent. I always beleive Commision
should base on closing sale price.e.g low mid to high selling price,in other word negotiable. Lastly, as for the GST hopefully it can be absorbed by the Company.

Afternoon Christ,

I have never agreed to let my clients sign any exclusive forms given the fact that such documents do not do any justice to them. As for commission payable, it would really depend on your asking price. If you are asking for very high COV and your salesperson managed to acheive your request, I think it's only fair that they are paid well. As for GST, it's a country policy that GST is payable on all services rendered within the premises of Singapore land. However, if the commission payable by you is reasonable enough, I might be willing to work things out with you.
