I'm a EP holder in singapore and willing to buy 1 bedroom apartment. I have few questions.
1) Can I buy apartment in singapore?
2) Is there any place I can find new 1 bedroom apartments at cheap cost?
3) Can any one give a rough estimation of the price of 1 bedroom apartment?
4) How much cash should I have in hand if I go for a bank loan?
5) What percentage will bank provide as a loan?
6) Is there any benefits for me if I wait until I get Singapore PR and then buy apartment?
