I have a 4 room unit to be rent out but temporary i will like to open up 2 rooms and after few months then i open up another room? can that be done and also what is the current rental for 4 rooms unit in Sengkang (compass vale crescent)?

Hi,

Just out of curiosity, why would you want to rent out room-by-room, is it due to MOP?

By renting out the whole unit range from $1,800 to $2,400 dependent on condition, size, level etc.

By renting out common room range from $400 to $600.
Master room range from $700 to $850.

The above info is assuming you're referring to HDB flat.
