i have $69k in my CPF & zero on hand, I in the midst Q applying under BTO & hdb quote me as 2nd buyer which I intend to join with my son but then I decided to buy under my name only as in 3yrs time, he can buy under single scheme, that's y I decided not to use his CPF, kindly advice?
