I am uncertain how to determine if a landed property is even worth seeing because some ask for psf land and some psf builtup. How may a viewer determine an indicative self valuation for a same size piece of land if the builtup varies eg for the same location, say, at Sembawang.. if land is say 3900 sf, and one property's built up is 2100sf and another is 3300 sf. is there a split estimate between builtup psf and garden psf? Thanks
