I am thinking of purchase a 3 room resale flat in Telok Blangah Heights/Drive. My budget is $340K. Is this budget realistic? What is the current COV for this area? Does the price listed in the advertisements in property guru includes all the other costs, such as stamp duty, legal fees, etc? - 1st time, single buyer

The current pricing for 3 room flat around Telok Blangah Heights / Drive is around $370k to $420k. With your budget of $340k, it might be tough to find an ideal unit.

Generally for Telok Blangah Heights/Drive houses are the more expensive area since it is within walking distance to Telok Blangah MRT station.

Do contact me and I can provide you with all the past transacted prices for all Telok Blangah 3 room flat. This will allow you to have a better gauge should be your asking price.
