I am Singaporean above 35 years old . I purchased a resale flat and still under MOP. I married a foreigner this year and our baby now is Singaporean . Can I buy a condo now under my baby's name ? What stamp duty apply to his purchase ? Is he able to get bank loan using me as guarantor ? Thank you

Morning,

Under Singapore ruling, only buyers above the age of 21 are allowed to purchase property. Guess you have to wait it till your child grows older.
