It is not difficult to sell. End of the day it is all about the price. What do you plan to do after selling? Have you worked on that part yet?

Hi, I'm afraid that you can't list your property for sale over here as this portal is more for those paid subscriber. However you could do it via newspaper or those free website like Gumtree. DIY sellers and buyers are unlikely experienced in handling such matters since the number of transactions they have personally handled could easily be counted with 1 hand versus the number of transactions a salesperson handle in a year.
