Dear seller,

The documented sales process is definitely not something you require expertise to do it since there is a step by step guide available online. The advertising and viewing process is not that tough either, so why are people still engaging the services of a salesperson to conduct a sales transaction in the market today? There are definitely plenty of applications or portals available for advertisements by owners. The key reason is the experience in dealing with unexpected situations that could arise before the sales transaction can complete, which could leave the seller or buyer in limbo. DIY sellers and buyers are unlikely experienced in handling such matters since the number of transactions they have personally handled could easily be counted with 1 hand versus the number of transactions a salesperson handle in a year.

Weigh out the pros and cons before you jump into the bandwagon of DIY, for commissions of salesperson can be negotiated and built into the final sales price for an ease of mind on the seller and buyer.
