I am a foreigner who own a condo unit in Sg. I will need to appoint an POA to sell off the private condo unit if I can't come to Sg, am I right? Do I have to appoint an POA in singapore or Can I appoint one in my native country and send him in to Sg to settle the paper works in Sg.

Its not a must to have a POA to sell your property.
