Hi, yes it is true that the U.S. market is recovering and in fact we also seen that bank interest rates are slowly rising too. Perhaps I could get my banker to assist you further and to share the benefits between floating and fixed rate?

Hi,

Yes for condo purchases under construction, you have to take up a floating rate package that typically uses 3month SIBOR interest rate. Our 3mth SIBOR follows the US fed funds rates closely, and this rate is set by the US central bank, and nobody can predict exactly when the US rate hike will be coming but they did announce they are leaning towards sometime this year.
