Hi, it is typically around 2% comms to get an agent to assist you in the selling process, however it is all open to discussion. Perhaps what the agent meant is that when an EC MOP, many of the sellers will be concurrently selling at the same period , so there will be more effort needed, but as long as it is done right , it is still possible to sell. Hi,

Typically its 2% of the sale transacted price + GST for the agent success fee for the sale. From experience, it depends on the price point and the marketing strategies and how committed the seller agent is to your plans. It is not difficult to sell as I have sold quite a few units upon 5 years MOP and can share more of my experience and the type of buyers looking for your unit.
