Good morning Sir,

you have to buy under non citizen spouse scheme as you are married. Both of you have to dispose off your malaysian property and observe 15 months first before eligible to buy a resale. Unless you are above 55 years old, you can buy up to a 4RM.

30 months waiting period will only be applicable if you are buying a BTO.
