Hi there, I'm 30 this year I would like to ask whether I can afford to buy 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom condo which still not TOP . Currently I have 50 K cash and 85 K Cpf, salary $4000 per month and no debt. Please advise me thanks

If you have no other debt obligations, a 600K under construction 1 bedder property should not be a problem, as you should be eligible for an approx 500K loan. For detailed calculations, I will be glad to share more over email.

Based on your figures provided, to purchase a under construction 1 bedder or new launch around $600k, should not be a problem but I will recommend to let my bankers to advise you on your in principle approval before we proceed with house hunting.
