You are a Singaporean or PR or foreigner?

First or second property purchase?

If you are a Singaporean, buying first property, you will not be subject to any new cooling measures, just normal buyer's stamp duty of $24,600.

If you are a PR, buying first property, you will be subject to
5% ABSD on top of normal BSD - $74,600.

If you are a foreigner, buying first property, you will be subject to 15% ABSD on top of normal BSD - $174,600.

If you are a Singaporean, buying second property, you will be subject to ABSD of 7% on top of normal BSD - $94,600.

If you are a PR, buying second property, you will be subject to 10% ABSD on top of normal BSD - $124,600.

If you are a foreigner, buying second property, you will be subject to same 15% ABSD on top of normal BSD, $174,600.
