Hi, i'm intending to buy an EC in punggol after 2 years where my 4 room HDB flat in Yishun will be of 5 years. I need to get some infos right before committing on the purchase, please help to clarify my doubts.
I intend to sell off my flat in 2014 which turns 5 years, intend to purchase a 4 bedroom ec.
I understand the 5% cash is required, however in doubt of the balance 15% via CPF.
Can the 15% balance be like in contra after i sell off my 4 room flat, i suppose after selling off my flat, i have about 200k in CPF
i intend to buy an EC that are left over from balance units, i do not wish to wait so long for the build up, if there is balance, i don mind taking the balance units
can it be done in this way, i sell off my 4 room then contra off the CPF then take an EC.
