Good morning buyer,

In fact both of you can purchase under non citizen spouse scheme now.
With your singaporean wife as sole owner and you as occupier. Something to take note about this scheme is that only her income will be taken into consideration for mortgage assessment.

Your income will be taken into consideration only after you obtain SPR.

By the way only SPR household (both owners are SPR) needs to be SPR for at least 3 years before eligible to purchase resale HDB, you dont have to adhere to that because your wife is a Singaporean.

Hi buyer,

I just sold a hdb unit to a SC-Malaysian (apply for PR) couple. If your wife's income is enough for the loan for the house, then no issues. You can just be listed as an occupier.
