Hi, i have 900K cash and CPF for buying a 2 beder condo for own stay (preferred to in the west) and to use the remaining balance for property investment (local or overseas) that will generate at least 8-10% rental yield. Any Advice pls (my gross monthly income is 10K)

Hi Nicholas

I have a 2 bedroom unit at Lakepoint Condo. It is on the top floor with area of 1033 sqft and asking is 900k. Lakepoint Condo is only 7 mins walk from Lakeside mrt and 5 mins drive to Jurong Point.

There's a lot that you can do with $900K of cash and CPF with a monthly income of $10K. It would be my pleasure to share with you how you could build a property portfolio consisting of a 2 bedder condo for own stay, a commercial/industrial and at least 1 (or more) overseas property that will provide you with monthly passive income and potential capital appreciation.
