I am SPR and first time buyer.I would like to invest around 1.2 to 1.4 m is my budget and interested in district 1 to 8 or around farrer park or bit close to central .which condos will you suggest. please advise.

Good morning buyer,

Probably you can share more information and requirements with me so I will be in a better position to advise and assist you.

1) number of bedrooms?
2) minimum size you are looking at?
3) tenureship?
4) others etc.

Do take note that you will be subject to 5% additional buyer's stamp duty as SPR.

Btw have you spoken to any banker in regards to your in principle approval?

If this is more for investment, would you consider Citygate, a mixed commercial residential development at bugis area and proximity to CBD and 5mins to nichol highway MRT? A 5% ABSD applies for SPR 1st timer purchase as well.
