Hi I am looking to buy a unit at Shelford 23, about the size of less than 1000 sq ft. does anyone have avail a unit between $1100 to $1250 psf? If there is a ground floor unit (leading to pool), will be good too. At the same time, I also have a high floor unit at One Fort to sell - any sense of what price it will fetch, if it is city facing? above 15th floor and tenanted. thanks.

Hi Nadine,

One fort prices are at anything from between 1180 psf to 1280 psf realistically. Then again, all has to be dependable on the rental rate too. I'm joint-marketing a unit at One-Fort with my colleague with a similar sort of orientation. 15th floor too with paranoromic view.
