Hi, I am looking for a freehold apartment in the east, floor size no less than 1500sqf, Budget less than 2.5mil. Does anyone has recommendation of developments that are suitable? Development should have a good size real playground, pool, and gym. Thank you.

There are several units that you could consider in this budget. However, i would also advise you to look at Leasehold projects.
