It is easy to speak of it as a part time or full time, but the main difference between producing and non-producing salespersons are actually the commitment level. In this industry, there is no certainty that you will earn your additional allowance if you put in certain number of hours consistently, therefore may I ask what drives you to be interested in this industry?
