From the limited info you have shared, whether getting a new condo is feasible depends on the amount of condo price that can be secured by your current property. Banks loan tenure usually use 65 years as a reference but some will loan up to 75 at reduced loan quantums, depending on clients profile. Thanks and hope to value-add to your housing plans further.

Since you have more or less put aside cash for retirement, and also planning to SELL your existing 3 bedroom condo, you are quite ok.
