Hi I am an overseas Singaporean. Planning to move back to Singapore beginning of next year. Recently I have purchased an EC which is going to be handed over at the end of 2016. Now I would like to buy a resale condo. Am I eligible to buy a condo during this interim period? If yes, How much do I have to cash out (%) as down payment?

Hi I am sorry to inform that you can't purchase a private condo at this point of time. You have to hit the MOP of 5 years of your EC unit before you are eligible to purchase another private condo. Regards Aaron 9730 8455  aaronchong2774@yahoo.com.sg Read More
