hi, i am a citizen and i own a hdb from resale market. i am taking bank loan. the house was bought at the end of 2009 and and i lived in for 3 month and then rent it out till now, now i am overseas. Can i buy a condo now without selling this hdb?

Morning John,

I would believe you have applied from HDB to rent out your unit before you head for overseas assignment. Hence even though you have hold onto your unit for nearly 3 years, you have not fulfilled the MOP. With this in mind, you might not even be eligible to purchase private property.
