Hi,

Unfortunately no, each SPR must hold SPR status for at least 3 years before they can qualify for resale hdb. There's no single scheme for SPRs, hence you can only qualify for private condos. Thanks and may I know are you open to this? Thanks and hope to assist further.

I am afraid to inform you that you are not eligible to purchase a resale HDB with your spouse or solely by yourself at the moment.

For SPR household, both must be SPRs for at least 3 years before they are eligible.

While for single, you have to be a Singaporean and at least 35 years old to be eligible.

Thus as of now, you are eligible to purchase private condos or apartments. Your finances on hand should be afford a $785k property.

Hello there,

As SPRs, you will only be eligible to buy a HDB flat under the public scheme if the following conditions are met:
-Be an SC or SPR
-Include at least 1 listed occupant who is an SC or SPR
-SPR household (i.e. a SPR household with no SC owner): All SPR owners and essential occupiers will have to wait 3 years from the date of obtaining SPR status before they can buy a resale flat.

Therefore at the moment you and your wife are not eligible to buy a flat until 3 years from the date of your wife obtaining SPR status.

Morning,

SPR are not eligible for purchase of HDB unit under single scheme. You are also not eligible to purchase resale unit under public scheme as your spouse have not fulfilled 3 years holding on her SPR status.
