Hi gurus. I have a problem. My current tenant told my agent they dont have enough money to pay for this month rental. And asking if they can pay for 2mths instead next month. I am not comfortable with this. What can i do?

I think you should work things out with your tenants, maybe they really have genuine issue for this month? Or you have them pay you in instalments and undertake that such scenarios will not happen again?

Otherwise, you can execute your rights based on tenancy agreement which your agent can advise better.
