Hi Sunny,

Pardon me for being blunt. I believe all estate reputable estate agencies out there do charge a nominal sum of money for their in house training to kick start a rookie salesperson, furthermore this sum is refundable for certain amount of sales earned within a stipulated time frame set out. If you are hungry and has positive attitude, there is no way that you will not get your refunds. It is a matter of are you gamed enough to take up the challenge?

I believe most if not all agencies charges a fee for rookies when they join a new agency. However a mentor is important as they coach & teach you whatever is essential.
