hi guru.I have a 5I HDB in yishun. corner/high floor/4 full size bedroom/2 min to MRT/full furniture/air con/windy.I got HDB approval can rent start from Oct 1. However I am overseas now. any agent can help me to rent it out? my email:adczzk@yahoo.com

Evening Ms. Li,

I'm currently assisting my client to rent out her unit in Pasir Ris as she's unable to be present for the transaction. You will need to assign someone you kno as your attorney and a mode of communication between yourself and your salesperson.
