Hi Guru, please help me as I'm confused here. Currently I'm renting an HDB and my tenancy period will expire soon. My landlord and I have agreed for the renewal of contract. However, upon renewal process, he get a Non-Citizen quota, and he'd like to appeal to HDB. How likely it is for the appeal to be successful?

Hi, the appeal is dependent on the HDB side and no one could predict. In the event it is rejected, I guess the landlord would give you some extension while you guys start the viewing process for the next unit.
