Hi gd day to you!

I had recently found a flat which I liked but unfortunately I will be taking hdb loan and unable to do contra as 1 of e parties will b doing contra. In this case, what can I do to ensure that the whole buying and selling process will be smooth sailing? If I need to sell my flat first, how long do I need to wait for my new flat? Your help will be v much appreciated! Thank you!
