Hi,

As part of my timeline planning on purchasing a resale HDB, After both buyer and seller has submitted the resale application, how long usually does HDB takes to reply their acceptance of the application?

Does anyone experiences that it take longer than 10 days as stated in their website? (Within year 2020).

Are we allow to call HDB (assuming there’s an HDB consultant assigned to the submission case) and get them to expedite the process? Or perhaps checking what causes the delay if it’s past 10 working days.

Hi, HDB generally take about 7 to 10 working to days to reply on the acceptance of both seller and buyer resale application.

Yes, I recently did a case where HDB takes more than 10 days from the date of Resale Application to get back to us. Thankfully, they got back to us on the 12th day. But that's after we called and emailed to HDB.
