Hello, I'm a foreigner looking at buying an apartment for own use. I've found one, but it's tenanted for another 16 months, and I'd wish to move in in around 4 months. what are my options ? - as a future landlord, how can I break the inherited lease agreement ? what would be the penalties incurred ? - I'd be ready to pay some reasonable compensation, is there a usual amount, guidelines ? - is there any kind of law stipulating that I can break the lease agreement if I need to move in as an owner ? note: I haven't seen the lease agreement, but I believe it's a "regular" one, with no specific clause. any other idea ? thanks for your help...
