Hi Merav Segal, tks for the enquiry, however tobe honest, july is pretty far, no landlord wud consider at this point of time to discuss abt july rental.
as a gauge, current rental in these area for 3 rms is ar 4-5.5k 4rms wud be 6-8k depends on the size, seriously its abit difficult to project at this point of time. but i believe it shudnt deviate very far from here. pets are generally acceptable in condos, having said that its still subj to mcst cfmn.
