If you had utilised CPF monies for your HDB flat, you will need to set aside a Basic Retirement Sum (BRS) before you can utilise the balance CPF monies in your CPF-OA.

For a $600k property, you will need to prepare approximately $84,600 for stamp duties (BSD $12,600 and ABSD $72,000).

The amount of Cash needed for this purchase would be:
$600,000 + $84,600 - CPF-OA - loan amount + legal fees + misc fee.
