Dear Gurus

May I ask if its a good time to buy sentosa cove houses in Singapore? Or Condos in Marina area as a investment.

Is this a good time or better to wait till prices drop further, am looking to invest in Singapore. I have already bought 3 property as of last year till now, I do not have any loan.

Dear Mr Derik,

Sentosa is a living heaven to me and if you do want to live outside concrete jungle, Sentosa is the place to go. But as an investor, unless you have a thought of staying in future, my suggestion is to buy property in Marina Bay then Sentosa.

There are more buildings coming up in Marina Bay and hence, appreciation is expected. Moreover, the demand in rental market is higher as well.
