Dear Guru's.

I am a PR here and would like to buy a property in tampines/simei 4a type near to MRT. Is it right time to go for a house now or should i wait for next 6 month. (Source - Today paper,
Around 9000 new BTO flats for this year). Whats your opinion and view on this and also whats the current above the valuation price near to MRT of this location.

Thanks in advance for your clarification on this.
