Dear Gurus,

Am considering buying a 5-room unit in bedok reservior area (near Kakit bukit area). Given that the property market is at its peak now, the unit is selling at abt 430K including COV. My question is, will the prices of flats in this region appreciate further in the next 5-10 years? Thanks. I dun have past statistics to analyse. Hopefully the gurus here can help me out. Thanks!!!
