Dear Guru, It appears to be an oversupply of residential properties in a few years. Therefore, I am interested to learn more about investing in commercial properties purely for good rental yields and capital appreciation. Please advise what is involved such as GST, location, type of commercial properties (such as HDB shop houses, office/industrial sites, etc.) What are my obligations as a landlord? What is the rate of interest (ROI)? Your replies are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
