Dear Guru, If we own a HDB and then we decide to buy a condo. What are the cash required? If after we have bought a condo and then HDB. If we decide to buy a HDB from oen market. Do we need to sell away our "pte pty and HDB" as well. Or we just need to sell away our HDB will do. or If we decide to buy a HDB direct from HDB. We need to sell away our exist HDB and Pte Pty together. Or just our HDB home will do. Thanks.
