Dear Agents,

I'm divorced man, age 32. My house is under processing for HDB to take back. My house 5 rooms BTO now still 4 years, Should i drag my case to wait 5 years so that i can get my profit or should i return to hdb & buy a resale flat which i can buy 3 rooms only.

Please assist me in this matter. Thank you.

Evening,

With your enquiry, it's quite clear that the court order have being issued. As such, unless you want to appeal the case, you might have to proceed as required.

do you mean that you are one year away from fulfilling the minimum occupation period (MOP)? if it is, there is a possibility of waiting till MOP completes. when was the divorce finalised? is your ex-spouse applying to buy a new flat? these may be questions you will need to consider. Read More
