2. If the new housemate continues to bring his girlfriend over and even have her stay overnight, this is a **breach of the contract**. It's important to address this matter as it violates the agreed terms.
3. Since you've already informed the agent and there has been no response: WHAT HAPPENS IF THE AGENT DID NOT PASS THE MESSAGE TO THE LANDLORD??, you may want to escalate the issue to the **property owner** directly(ASK FOR THE LANDLORD NUMBER DIRECTLY) or **seek legal advice** to enforce the terms of the agreement and ensure compliance.
