Unfortunately, I don't think anyone will be able to answer you here as you will be required to submit an appeal to HDB to see if they will allow you to purchase before meeting the 3 years mark as a SPR.

Hi,

Unfortunately you can only start applying HFE from 1 October onwards, once after the 3 year SPR status mark is attained. You can apply for bank loan IPA first at the moment, to get an indicative loan amount so to know the preferred budget to work with and the options. And commence viewing from 1 Oct onwards since without HFE letter approved, you can't do any OTP paperwork.
